Dip N Dine or Dine Only!

​ Lunch and Dinner private dining experiences are available for 2-8 people and we have two options:​​​​​

Dip N Dine (includes use of sauna and cold pod) or Dine only.

​​​- INFRA RED SAUNA SESSION + COLD WATER THERAPY EXPERIENCE priced at £20 pp

We recommend everyone enjoys at least one x 20 min sauna session plus up to 5 minutes in the cold pod; but a popular experience is 20 mins sauna + 5 mins cold pod + 20 mins sauna.

Sauna holds 4 at a time so while 4 are using the sauna the other 4 can be led through the cold-water experience, then switch round.

Cold water pod sessions are guided by an instructor but are always optional.

 

- CHANGING ROOM FACILITIES, FILTERED WATER, TEA AND COFFEE FACILITIES

LUNCH and DINNER can be served in:

-the 'Crannog' (Scottish word for place to gather) our tranquil space open to one side to enjoy the views and equipped with comfy sofas, cosy blankets (heated / fleece / fake fur), Bluetooth sound system, heater and separate fire pit overlooking the river (fire pit is included in Dinner packages only, unless by request).

​

Or go Scandi and use our Hygge Hut (pronounced 'Hoo gah' and Danish for cosy place) by the river surrounded with the sights and smells of our plants and flowers.

LUNCH - available 7 days a week 12pm / 3hrs 

DINNER - available 7 days a week 7pm / 4hrs

Gold Package only available ( we are always happy to work to your requirements so please get in touch if this isn't suitable).
