Gather & Release
An Autumn Equinox Evening
with Laura from Breathe and Bloom & Lucy from Lochar Mill
Sunday 27th Sep - 7pm
As the wheel of the year turns and we reach the Autumn Equinox, nature reminds us that there is a season for everything – a season to gather the fruits of our efforts, to find balance, and to gently let go of what no longer serves us.
Join us for a cosy candlelit evening at Lochar Mill Riverside Retreat as we celebrate this beautiful seasonal transition through guided meditation, tarot and oracle cards, gentle reflection and meaningful rituals inspired by the Second Harvest.
Together we'll pause to acknowledge how far we've come, express gratitude for this year's harvest – however that may look – and create space for the season ahead.

Last few spaces!
Do you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, flat, irritable or just not quite like yourself lately?Maybe your energy crashes by mid-afternoon, your sleep feels off, your hormones feel all over the place, or your mind never truly switches off.
Modern life places huge demands on our nervous systems, and so often we are told this is simply “normal”.
This nourishing one-day retreat is designed to help you slow down, reset and better understand the powerful connection between food, mood, gut health and emotional wellbeing.
Join Registered Nutritional Therapist Lucy Dawson for a deeply restorative day combining practical wellness education, nervous system support, nourishing food and relaxation in the beautiful setting of Lochar Mill.
Throughout the day we will explore:
• How blood sugar balance impacts mood, anxiety, cravings and energy
• The gut-brain connection and why gut health matters for mental wellbeing
• Lifestyle factors that can quietly contribute to overwhelm and burnout
• Key nutrients and supplements that may support mood, stress resilience and energy
• Practical, realistic steps you can begin implementing immediately
This is not about restriction, perfection or complicated health advice. It is about understanding your body better and leaving with supportive, achievable tools to help you feel calmer, more energised and more like yourself again.
Your retreat day also includes:
✨ Infrared sauna & cold water therapy
✨ A deeply nourishing mood-supportive lunch
✨ Time to relax, reset and connect in nature
✨ Opportunity for a mini 1-1 discussion with Lucy for personalised guidance
✨ Two workshops with guest practitioner and Heather's sister Dr Heather Bond
This retreat is ideal for anyone struggling with stress, low mood, fatigue, burnout, anxious feelings, emotional eating, poor sleep or simply feeling disconnected from themselves.
Spaces will be intentionally limited to keep the experience personal and supportive.
Goals, Visions & Intentions
A gentle, creative vision-boarding workshop with Heather, offering space to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with what matters to you. Through reflection, imagery and creativity, you’ll explore what you’d like more of in your life – how you want to feel, what you want to nurture and where you might like to place your energy. There’s no pressure to set big goals or have everything figured out; this is simply an opportunity to pause, notice and create a visual reminder of what feels meaningful to you.
Reset & Reconnect
An hour of slowing down and coming back into the body with Heather. Drawing on mindfulness, therapeutic practice and her background in complementary therapies, Heather will guide you through simple grounding and relaxation practices before introducing some easy self-care techniques you can use at home – which may include self-hand reflexology and Indian head massage. A calming, nurturing session designed to help settle the nervous system, release some of the tension we carry and leave you feeling a little more connected to yourself.
