COLD POD
Immerse yourself in the invigorating embrace of our cold water therapy. The natural benefits of cold water immersion include reduced inflammation, improved circulation, and enhanced mental clarity. Embrace the revitalizing effects of this unique experience with the guidance of one of our trained Cold Water Therapy Practitioners.
Our plunge pool is filtered and kept at 10 degrees Celsius, providing all of the benefits of cold water exposure whilst making it manageable for all.

CHANGING ROOMS
Changing room available, kept warm and cosy, and a place to hang your things. Complimentary extra towels, and slippers for moving around the facility.
We also offer water fountain for topping up, toilet facilities, an outdoor cold shower and indoor hot shower.
PRIVATE HIRE AREA
The perfect addition to your wellbeing session is our cosy covered private hire area; 'The Crannog' complete with heater, outdoor Bluetooth speaker, comfy sofas, heated blankets and superb views. Choose from brunch, lunch or dinner booking with both artisan and local produce. BYOB to complete your event and top the day or evening off with Smore's over the fire pit.
